PE coating is a continuous industrial production process, and its simplified process is as follows:

Corona treatment: Before coating, high-voltage corona is used to bombard the surface of the paper to increase its surface energy. This allows the melted PE to better 'wet' and adhere to the paper, preventing delamination.

PE extrusion: PE plastic particles are sucked into an extruder, heated to a molten state (about 200-300 ° C), and flow out in a sheet-like form from a narrow die.

Compression and coating: The melted PE film is instantly pressed onto the base paper through the gap between a pressure roller and a cooling roller.
